For new users, send them an e-mail, or open their account via

Well ... I can't resolve a User acount to the mailbox so I don't see
how that'd work (I'm tired .. I'm sure that's it.)

As it so happens, I had 2 mailboxes - one recovered and one new. I
just now figured out how to purge the new and then connect to the
old. ADUC seems to ahve needed me to do that before it'd show 'real'
user accounts to me.

Go figure.
