When you installed SE did you use a PE license key? If so AFAIK you
shouldn't have a problem since the SQL bits from PE are just installing on
top of what you already have.

Understood, but since I'm running Std but licensed for Premium can I just
use
my Premium media to upgrade?

You can install SQL and ISA independently of each other once you have the
proper media.

I know there are several other posts about this but my scenerio is a
little
different. I've got a SBS Std 2003 server that is licensed for Premium.
The
incorrect media was ordered and installed before it was noticed. Now I
need
SQL but not ISA. Can I just order the Premium media instead of the
Upgrade
version and then just install SQL? Thanks!
