Adding a Windows 2000 DC to SBS 2003

Hi guys,
I currently have a network running SBS2003 Premium. I'd like to add a second
domain controller but it would be windows 2000. I believe that this
configuration is possible subject to the following:
1. The SBS DC needs to hold all the FSMO roles (how do I ensure this happens??
?)
2. The SBS domain needs to be in “Windows 2000 Native” functional mode (all
ok!)
3. Join to the sbs domain using http://sbsserver/connectcomputer
4. Use “dcpromo” as you usually would to promote the DC
Is there anything that I may have missed or should pay close attention to?
It is a busy production environment and I’d like to try any avoid any
potential pitfalls. I will do a system state backup before adding the second
DC.
Also, what are the licensing implications???
Thanks for the help!
