How does your client receive his mail?
What happens to the mail sent to your client after the warning message?
It is never received? It finally is received?
Returned to sender with an NDR?

I have a client running SBS 2003 Standard SP1 Exchange SP2. I am also
running a SonicWall TZ170 with IPS services running. My client has one
vendor that experiences problems sending emails to my client. He does not
have this problem with any other vendor.
The error message is this:

I have tried to troubleshoot this in the past but did not have much
success. I have verified that they are sending to the correct address, I
have a PTR record
