Re: RWW/OWA Unresponsive

Well, it has finally gone down. I tried manually browsing the sites but they
all display "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Also, IISRESET
does not correct the problem. It appears that the only think left to do is
to restart the server.

Any other ideas?

Thanks.

Hello,

At least once or twice per week, my Remote Web Workplace & Oulook Web
Access site becomes unresponsive. When I try to open the page using
Internet Explorer I received the typical "Internet Explorer cannot
display the webpage". The only way I have been able to get the
service(s) running again is to restart my SBS 2003 server. When I
view the logs in the Event Viewer, there are absolutley no
indications of a problem. Has anyone ever seen anything like this
and/or have a resolution?

Thank you.

On the server itself, when this is happening, if you open IIS manager &
browse the sites manually, what do you get?

What if you run an iisreset?
