Great, sounds like we're well on our way :-).

One of the SQL/Sharepoint experts will jump in I'm sure, if that ends up being the only remaining issue.

I did run it Les, found a few issues, Recieve side scaling, task offloading,
tcp chimney, etc, which i fixed. Also noted a line that states
'MSSQL$Sharepoint instance is not using SQL 2000 SP 4' not sure yet how to
fix this issue, unless it is to simply reapply Sql 2000 sp4.

Also found KB326672 that should resolve my exchange routing engine issue.
