While Jeff's procedure appears to work for "rejoining" a workstation to
the "same" domain, I'm not sure it applies if you are joining the
workstation to a "new" domain.

I believe, you would need to migrate the old domain profiles to the new
domain using one of these procedures:

If hte number of workstations/users is large enough, a Swing migration may
be in order:

I will be replacing an existing SBS 2003 with a New one with a different
Server & Domain Name.

How do I disconect the existing workstations from the old domain,
preserving the existing user profiles so that I can run the connect
computer wizard to re-join these to the new Domain with their profiles
intact.
