If you re-run CEICW, enable the firewall, select your services, complete the
rest of CEICW, then reboot your workstations, does that fix the problem?
Maybe also reboot the server again.

we had a power failure - sbs server started up - clients can not get
on network -
all services started ok, event viewer doesn't show anything -
when client dhcp assigned - it comes up with limited connectivity -
with static - it shows connected but can not ping "request timed out"
