Re: echange email

basicaly let me describe the problem again( i belive it is the first part
the you have asked)
what we have
we have an e-mail acount hosted by an isp. The acount is a pop 3 account and
we have 4 employees that they must look on this acount incoming mail out
going mail(at the moment only one of them was receiving and sendng e-mail
via Outlook).
Also we have an echange server 2003 std.
how the situation is now
we must use an exchange server to make this e-mail acount that is hosted by
the isp to be able, all 4 employees to see the incoming and out going mails
all 4 employees must use the same account and the owner of the company which
is the 4th employee must see what the other 3 employees have send and
received only buy this account.
i hope you have understood me now
thanx in advance

Hi jchal:

See if I understand:

There is an account hosted by the ISP and viewed by these 4 employees:

info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

You want 4 users to have access to that account on the ISP's web mail?

or:

There is an account that is/was hosted by the ISP:

info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

and now that you have implemented SBS w exchange the owner wants
this mail to come to the exchange server
and also
four of his employees to receive mail that comes to this mailbox and be able
to respond.
