Default Mapped Network Drives Visible to Users/Groups

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi,

I know this sounds quite simple but we are having a tough time trying
to get this to work...

We have a Windows SBS domain controller. We also have a NAS data
store.

When users log on to the domain, various network drives are created
and visible on the client computers. I can setup a LOCAL share from
the Domain controller no problem so that users can see the drive when
they log on. However, in the case of the NAS drive (not LOCAL) i
cannot add a share to be visible at login.

Users can see the NAS drive through 'My Network Places' and can map
the network drive OK. But this needs to be done everytime the user
logs on to the network. We need this to be done automatically during
login, or set the server so that when a user logs on they can see the
NAS drive.

Could anyone help with this issue?

Thanks
Simon
