I am installing the OS, exiting out of the SBS install, then installing Windows Server 2003 SP2, patching the Server 2003 SP2 then continuing on with the SBS install.
The goal here is to patch the OS as best we can w/o connecting to the internet.....

Are you doing the SBS Specific SP1 before Windows Server SP2? ....the answer should be YES ;-)

After Windows Server 2003 SP2 is applied to a fresh install of SBS there are
about 29-30 KB articles that still need to be applied to get the server
up-to-date. Is there a way "package" these updates in an *.iso image file so
one can more efficiently apply these updates?
