Hi,

I need some help with setup an employee's Iphone to access company
exchange server via IMAP. Everything is running fine, seem like it
can contact the server but the username and password kept getting
reject.
Here the format of username and password:
-domain/username

No - it should be

domain\username

(if you need to enter the domain name at all, that is).

-password

Our server is behind a rental cisco router, can this be a firewall
problem?

Sure, if you didn't open up the requisite port inbound for IMAP (TCP 143) to
your SBS LAN IP. However, you also need to start the IMAP4 virtual server in
Exchange System Manager, and make sure the underlying Windows service is
started.
