I can see this getting messy, how would users see the dept / location.
Would it not be easier to edit display name so when users click the TO
button the GAL will show the details i.e
Michael - NY Sales
You could even setup distribution groups also i.e
NY Sales

server. This would clearly indicate their location or department or
project or anything you can think of.

Can you explain what you are trying to achieve? In general, I don't see a
problem of doing this but I can't think of any reason why I want to do
