Teneo,
Sorry I don't quite get it...
If customer has three locations connected to SBS via Wnk2k03 R2 Servers, they can then have distinguished e-mail addresses
NY Location : michael@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
CA Location : john@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
TX Location : mary@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I may be overlooking serious stuff here...but for now I cannot see why this would be messy...
Rgds,
Dan

I can see this getting messy, how would users see the dept / location..
Would it not be easier to edit display name so when users click the TO button the GAL will show the details i.e
Michael - NY Sales
You could even setup distribution groups also i.e
NY Sales

Say the customer has three different locations hanging on the SBS Exchange server. This would clearly indicate their location or department or project or anything you can think of.

Is it possible to have sub-domain e-mails on SBS 2003 Premium R2 ?
example : mchael@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
