I installed SBS SP1 - I ran all of the updates in the order listed.

It stops with a press the Add User. The add user splash screen (Welcome to
Add User Wizard) shows, but when I hit next, the screen just closes.

Did you install the SBS SP1 or just the Windows2003 SP1?

Any errors in the event logs?

I would resist the temptation of adding the users through the ADUC and try
to fix the problem first.
