ended with one or more errors.

Event ID 1036
An error occurred during a POP3 transaction to server <mail.xxx.com
[xxx@xxxxxxx]>. The error is 10060 (A connection attempt failed
because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of
time, or established connection failed because connected host has
failed to respond.).
These are all new messages. Could it be that the internet connection
is at fault? Could it be a firewall issue?
