You could start by telling us which errors you see.
EventID, Source, Description

Working on a client's server (I inherited this job from prior
consultant) and I see these three event IDs which I do not know how to
stop from popping up.
The users are still getting their mail, yet every 15 minutes (the
frequency that that the mail gets pulled down) I get about 20 of these
messages,
So far I have changed the host record with the IP address of their
ISP's mail server and added an A record to point to that as well, yet
these still persist. I have rebooted after doing this but still no
luck.
This server is behind a firewall which is shared with another small
business' network (which I do not manage nor have access to the
firewall or its logs). I am trying to help as much as possible but all
I have access to is that server.
What should I look at next? This is a recent trend as these warnings
have only started a week ago, as far as I can tell.
