I hope everything is going well.
If the Exchange still send out many old NDRs after you reboot your
Exchange, I think your Exchange may be the target of a reverse non-delivery
report (NDR) attack. Please try to perform the steps in the following KB to
see if it help:
Exchange queues fill with many non-delivery reports from the postmaster
account in Small Business Server 2003

| yesterday, i have excluded exchange folders from file level anti virus
| scanning.
| today, i had a ndr stuck in queue to a non existant domain.
| deleted temp tables and after restarting, the same ndr was there.
| i will reboot and see what happens.
