SharePoint Services 3.0 & SBS 2003

Hi,

According to my reaserch there doesn't seem to be a way that
SharePoint services 2.0 within SBS will integrate with SharePoint
services 3.0 and visa versa.

Is this still the case or is there a way now that we can 'upgrade'
version 2.0 into version 3.0 and have just the one SharePoint site
running? I prefer the v3.0 features but not the fact of it's
inability to link into SBS like version 2.0 does.

Does anyone have any suggestions or good ideas on how to achieve this,
or another way to work SP without have to have 2 separete sites which
is likley to be a logistic nightmare for the average user.
