describe the problem correct, but the workaround doesnt work, i have set the
redirection in the user-settings in exchange (not in outlook) and the problem
is the same.
but now i give up. the subject of the error mails say enough so that I know
the problem on the server.
if i found a workaround, i post it here.

That is not an SBS message but a message generated by the Qmail MTA
package. This implies you are sending these off-site - if so, how are
you sending the mails - through a smart host?
If the smart host is running the Qmail package, then this may be the
issue, as Qmail is very funny about these, and when our company used
it we got a lot of bounces because of this - mainly from automatic
scripts such as SBS warnings etc.
You can test the running of Qmail by telnetting to the external SMTP
server on port 25, you will get a banner response like:
220 server.domain.com ESMTP
If you enter in help and press enter you should be given the Qmail or
the NetQmail homepage.
