Just send a manual email to everyone in the company (or those who require it) with the URL
https://mail.domainname.com/remote
OR whatever the URL is for RWW for your company

Hello All,
I finally got Remote Web Workplace working on our SBS Box, and I wanted
to thank all who helped me first of all!! Now, I just have a question about
the email notification the users get if I allow them access to the RWW.
Is there a way to manually send a notification to the user? I have checked,
and no user has received an email from the server with the link that they
need. I know that I can just tell them, but it would be nice if they could
just forward the email to there home and use the link from there. I ran all
the wizards and added users to the RWW that I wanted to have access. The
server however has not sent any email notifications though.
If someone knows how I can manually send a notification, or tell me how long
a user might have to wait be before SBS sends notification. Thank you
again for all your help!!
