Does she access her mailbox from more than one PC? I've only seen those
conflict messages when the same item gets edited by two people at the same
time (or the same person on 2 PCs).
If it's not that, a wild guess would be an issue with Word as the e-mail
editor. Try turning that off to see if the problem goes away.

Hello to all,
I have a user who has an issue with her Outlook 2003; a Windows XP Pro
client on a SBS 2003 Premium Edition server.
On several occasions during the course of a day, she receives a "Conflict
Message" dialog box on some unrelated messages she has sent out. The
error
message states the following: "conflicting edits have been made to the
same
item". Consequently she has to choose the version that she wants to keep
or
keep all messages involved. She is requesting read and delivery receipts
as
she always has even before this problem creeped up. I have renamed her
OST
file forcing a resync with the Exchange Server. It has not changed
anything.
I have perused the Internet for a solution to no avail. Perhaps I can
pick
your brains here. Thank you for your time and efforts.
