Margie,
I hope next time someone will be able to help you before you start doing
stuff blindly.
At this point, I can only <hope> nothing has been damaged, I'll recommend
you first inspect a setting you should have looked at <before> doing any
re-installing. If you do re-install, I <very much> hope you are using SBS
Setup instead of manually mangling IIS/Sharepoint using non-SBS methods.
Anyway... Here it is...
Typically I've found that what you describe is caused by an anomaly that
happens from time to time, in the advanced properties of your Default Website
you may find a Hostname configured, but it should be blank. Remove the
Hostname, then stop/restart your webservices by typing at the command line
iisreset
Aside from that, is your RAID hardware or software? Ordinarily, RAID arrays
can be expanded or re-built automatically by simply replacing/adding a disk
(hardware) or adding a disk through Disk Manager (software). Both those
procedures should not have required restore from backup.
As I noted before, if you messed with your installation using any other
procedure than re-running SBS Setup, all bets are off. You might get
satisfaction calling MS Support, depending on how your machine is you <may>
find that a pave and rebuild may be cheaper.

I uninstalled and reinstalled SBS Monitoring, but now the Monitoring.
Configuration Wizard will not run. Actually, the wizard does pop up, but
when I click on the "next" button, it goes away and doesn't come back.
Does anyone know what I can do about this?

We needed to expand our "C" partition on our server the past weeked and added
additional hard drives on our Raid 5, so we had to rebuild the server.
During the restore process, the Backup Exec didn't restore completely and
required a restart. Anyhow. . . the MS SQL instances didn't restore
properly. Such as, the SBS Monitoring and Sharepoint. I suspect that they
are corrupted and that is why they will not start.
Do I only need to uninstall and reinstall both of those components?
