Wsctrs Counters SBS2003 Server

Hello
Over the past few days we are receiving this error message What does this
Mean? I Have sereched Goole to find this
unlodctr w3svc
lodctr w3ctrs.ini
lodctr infoctrs.ini
But this seems not to work. Is there a debug tool to find the error? We are
running sbs2003 sp1

It has taken too long to refresh the W3SVC counters, the stale
counters are being used instead. This is the second message within the past
12:00:00 (hours, minutes, seconds). No more stale counter messages will be
logged for this client session until the time limit expires. For additional
