Re: Faxes not listed on the company Web Site

Dear Costas,

The problem was that I configured the fax to store into the ...\forms! As
you said, setting it to the parent folder (Incoming Faxes) was the solution!!!

Thank you very much!

John,

You set this up in the Fax configuration console. Under 'Server Management'
click Fax | Configure Fax Services. Follow the wizard to the screen about
Inbound Fax Routing. Click on 'Store in a document library' and then
'Configure'. Click 'Browse'. and then click on 'Incoming Faxes'. Do not
click on the 'Forms' folder under that. Just 'Incoming Faxes'. Click 'OK'.

Ask someone to send you a fax and see if you can see in in Companyweb under
the Incoming Faxes folder

Hi costas,

sorry if this is a stupid question, but how can I do this?
I found something that has to do with fax:
"Server Management-->Internal Web Site-->Manage your company's web
site-->Modify Site content-->Customize Incoming Faxes"
Is that what you mean? What should I configure there?

Thanks,
John

John,

Did you select the 'Incoming Faxes' library for storage in SharePoint?

Hi,

After installing for the 1st time SBS and having the fax service
working
right, I'm having this situation:

I'm able to send and receive fax, having the fax routed through e-mail,
stored to a folder. I've also configure it to store the incoming fax to
the
default document library (....'forms'), but I can't see them on the
company
web site (e-mail routing is working right, as the "store to a folder"
function also).

I read an older post related to this problem, made all suggested
configuration, but it doesn't work.
Is there something I'm missing here? Why I can't see the faxes on the
company web site under the "Incoming Faxes" link?

Thanks in advance,
John
