This intermittent disconnection problem is really really upsetting.
Mine has been reduced a bit but I am starting to suspect that it's faulty
cabling on the client side.
The (very nice) MS support personell on this group advised me to plug a
crossover cable from a computer directly to the NIC that usually connects to
the internet. Then establish the VPN connection and see if the symptoms
persist.
I'll have to look into doing that.

FYI Pedro we do have Symantec, unsure of if we are using the exchange
connecter with it though.
