Re: how to determine which service packs installed

Mark,

Go to 'My Computer' and select 'Help | About Windows'. You should see there if WinSrv2k3 SP2 is installed. Then under Advanced Management select Exchange | Servers. On the right panel, under 'Server Version' it should see the version number and the SP installed

We have an SBS 2003 box, and I would like to upgrade Exchange 2003 to SP2, as well as install SP2 for Server 2003. How can I check which service pack versions are already installed, and also, what is the best way for going about this upgrade before I get in over my head. We do make full tape backups every night, including Exchange.
