Re: switching between domains

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi Frank
Thanks for the info. unfortunately this seems to miss the point, the
customer has to leave the domain he is currently connected to and then
connect to the new domain at the other office
The Domains are all different but the user name and password are the same.
they at lweast had the sense to use a common name and password to make some
things easier.
Using the program mentioned only seems to save settings of connections
(hardware)not Domain names.

Unless I am missing something in the program.
Would be greatful for any other advice..

I have a customer with travelling staff who travel between locations where
they need to connect to the local network.
How is it possible to easily switch the network settings to be able to
connect to the (then) local domain.
The offices do not interconnect but simply send all data to a central
office
via a WEB connection.
Each location uses SBS 2003. all domain are different name but the user
name is the same, currently they have to disconnect from the domain they
leave and connect to the new domain when they arrive at the now location.

Regards
Bernard
