Ok, I tried that, found the Temp folder. I tried deleting the files
inside,
but ~DF70F0.tmp was apparently in use, and couldn't be deleted, even with
KillBox.
Help!

Dave,
There is a log file in the 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small
Business Server\Clients' directory of the workstation you try to joint
with
the name 'SBSNetSetup.log'
Edit that file and towards the end you should see some 'Access Denied'
errors (or something similar) on some hidden directories. You have to
go
and delete these directories (they contain temporary files) and you won't
get the the 'private folder' error anymore

I'm moving a computer from an old domain to a new one. I have the new
computer physically set up on the new network, and I've set up an
account
on
SBS2k3 for the new machine. The user ID is the same for both domains.
I keep getting a permission denied when I try to use the wizard (right
click
on My Computer, name the machine, etc.)
I then tried using ConnectComputer, and it gave me an error message that
the
user's folder "Chuck" was private. I was to go to the Documents and
Settings
folder, right click on "Chuck" and deselect "make private". No problem,
I
go
there right click on "Chuck" and there is no checkbox for make private.
There's a tab for sharing and web sharing, but I don't think that's what
they're talking about.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Dave
