Hi David,
Thanks for your reply.
Please don't delete and then recreate the accounts. Doing so will create
new msExchangeMailboxGuid. If we continue to use exmerge, the tool will
look for older msExchangeMailboxGuid, but that doesn't exist so the export
will fail.
Please help me collect the following information and I need to do deep
research:
1. Screen shot of the Mailboxes in ESM and error message when you run
Exmerge.
2. Which of the following accounts have mailboxes?
DEBRA, GILES.CHORLEY, IAN, IANW and PANDA.SECURITY
3. Exmerge.log
4. application event log:
1) Click Start -> Run, type EVENTVWR.MSC and click OK.
2) Right click the Application Event, select Save Log File as, save it to
..evt file.
3) Email me the file
5. backupxx.log files in the folder "C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows
NT\NTBackup\data"
Please send the information to v-robeli@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with subject:
41158569-Exchange in Recovery Mode.
I am looking forward to hear from you.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)
