Thanks for your reply.
Based on my experience, if the Exchange 2003 SP2 was installed
successfully, the Intelligent Message Filter 2 should also be installed
successfully.
After you completely install the IMF on Exchange 2003 and set the "When
Blocking Messages to no Action" you expect to see the IMF counters in the
Performance Monitor\System Monitor tool, per recommendation in the IMF
Whitepaper. However the counters are not available to select. This occurs
because the Exchange Intelligent Mail Filter performance monitor counters
only appear in performance monitor once a message has been processed by the
Exchange Intelligent Mail Filter. You must process one or more messages
first. Please monitor for sometime to see if the counter can be seen.
