Did you read the above down to the end and try the test for the admin
account?

I have an SBS 2003 R2 box that has a HD going out on it. The HD was used to
store backup files and the WSUS database. After installing the new HD, I
used
the wsusutil.exe -movecontent command to move the database and files over
to
the new HD. After it was done, I rebooted and now WSUS is not working when
I
opened Server Management.

Tried uninstalling/reinstalling WSUS. No luck. Tried
uninstalling/reinstalling R2. No luck.

Here is the error reported in the R2_Setup.log for the latest attempt of
the
install.
