RWW/Connect to my computer at work issue

Staff who use RWW to connect to their computer at work are having a problem with an error that is quite cryptic and says "VBScript disconnect RDC" "An internal error has occured".

This happens if there has been no activity such a a mouse movement. Problem is the time varies between users. One has to keep moving her mouse while reading e-mail. If she doesn't the logoff happens within 2 minutes. With others it can take up to 10 minutes.

What is causing this problem?
