Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Have you verified that the power management is not enabled on your NICs
That Power Management is not enabled in the Control Panel?

Do you know how big a power supply is in the server?

You may also want to turn on Diagnostic Logging in Exchange

the server is responding its functioning "normally" its on the users side
opening outlook it gives an error that it can not find the server or is
inaccessible, and shuts off. rebooting the pc does not help, but rebooting
the server does.

...then there is the backups...and the failure of that.
