Hello Eric,
Thank you for posting here.
According to your description, I understand that when you logon Terminal
Server and open Outlook to connect Exchange on SBS, you are prompted to
input username and password. If I have misunderstood the problem, please
don't hesitate to let me know.
Based on my research, I suggest we try the following steps to see if we can
resolve this issue:
1. Ensure you join the Terminal Server to SBS domain. The Terminal Server
need working as member server of SBS domain.
Deploying Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server to Host User Desktops
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/sbs/2003/deploy/adstrmsr.mspx
2. Please ensure you logon the Terminal Server with SBS domain user
accounts.
3. I think this is the issue caused by Wyse S90 WinTerm with XPe. Please do
the following test to narrow down this issue:
a. On a internal XP client computer, run mstsc command to open Remote
Desktop Connection
b. Input Terminal Server IP, click Connect button
c. In the logon window, input one SBS domain user's username and password
d. After logon, launch Outlook and try to connect this user's mailbox on
Exchange. Do you need to input username and password again?
4. What do you mean by "removing the workstation from the old domain and
adding it to my new domain blah blah blah"? What's old domain and what's
new domain? We should have only one domain on SBS network.
5. What do you mean by "login with the username and password of all AD
users and access my email without the need to input another username or
password"? What does "my email" mean?
I hope these steps will give you some help.
Thanks and have a nice day!
Best regards,
Terence Liu(MSFT)

| Ok, I posted this under Terminal Server community and thought I would
post
| here if this is an SBS issue.
|
| I have an SBS Server 2003 and a Terminal Server Running x64. Being new to
| SBS 2003 and TS integration, I am having an issue with users loggin into
the
| Terminal Server and accessing Outlook 2003. I can RDP into the TS Server
via
| my Wyse S90 WinTerm with XPe but when I launch Outlook, it ask for a
username
| and password.
|
| Since I have logged into the TS server via RDP with the same username and
| password I found it very odd to ask for this again? Naturally I tried
| putting in
| the username and password again only for it to prompt me for it again.
For
| some reason, It will not let me login to my Outlook email.
|
| I did test a few standard workstation conversions to my new network from
| SBS2000 and I can access email just fine.
|
| After going through the process of removing the workstation from the old
| domain and adding it to my new domain blah blah blah, I can login with
the
| username and password of all AD users and access my email without the
need to
| input another username or password. I only have this issue with the users
on
| the Wyse Win Terminals accessing email via RDP. Very WEIRD!
|
| Can anybody point me in the direction to fix this please? I thank you all
in
| advance
|
