hi thanks for the reactions, and yes I was talkin about te computers in the
domain, I'm taking over the work of the curren system administrator, and I
see lots of computers registered in the domain.
When we replace a computer, it could happen that we forgot to remove the old
computer from the domain list.
and now I have a list of computers in the domain that are probably not up to
date.
and I want to clean up a bit :-)

I will check tat site tomorrow.
and by the way I found another trick to see the last login time of a computer.
I have I think it called wusus the windows update utility on the server, it
tracks the last updates with date and time.
so a computer that has not be logged on to a domain for a few weekst will be
noticed on wusus .
