Re: Exchange server not running - Urgent

Check your services node in advanced management. Is the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) service started? If not can you start it? If it's started, can you restart it? If it won't start, is there an error?

Check the System and Application event logs, any red dots (errors) there (during the time you run the CEICW, and after?).

In the folder c:\program files\microsoft windows small business
server\support, there is a file named icwlog.txt. Delete that file, and then
run the Connect to the Internet Wizard again. Once the wizard completes
(successfully or not), open icwlog.txt and copy/paste the contents into a
