Re: Exchange server not running - Urgent



In the folder c:\program files\microsoft windows small business server\support, there is a file named icwlog.txt. Delete that file, and then run the Connect to the Internet Wizard again. Once the wizard completes (successfully or not), open icwlog.txt and copy/paste the contents into a reply.

Also, if you're going to provide logged events (which is good), there is a
copy button and you can paste the event into a reply. Event IDs by
themselves aren't of any use.
