Is this SBS running ISA?
If it has ISA; then it is my understanding is that the third NIC can ONLY be
on an External (or DMZ) subnet.
If it does not have ISA; then you should NOT run a WWW site or an FTP site.
Also, wire tends to be cheaper than nics.. You should run a new wire to
the Linksys switch. Try this: Tie 2 wires to the one you already ran and
pull the 2 new wires to the Linksys switch using the 1 wire you ran before.
Just my opinion,

Subnet mask is the standard 255.255.255.0, of which nic2 and nic3 are
using, that's correct.
What I'm trying to do is save a few bucks and a lot of cable running.
There are only four computers going through this server. One sits in an
air conditioned office while the other three are two rooms away, (about
100 feet)
The server originally was located with the three work computers in a
hot unconditioned room. Their old server started to die and we were
called to replace it literally in one day on a moments notice. Well
without going into too much unnecessary back story I decided to move
the server into the air conditioned office.
So now the server sits in the same room as one workstation and is
separated from the other three. To save me the hassle of running a
bunch of cable I ran one line from the server to the three and shared
it through a basic off the shelf home linksys switch. To avoid dropping
more and more money into the project I tried simply installing a third
nic (nic3) into the server and directly connecting the office computer
that shares the same room as the server
They had a linksys wireless B router acting as their dhcp to the
internet. The linksys B was dying, and dropping their connection about
once every five days in which it needed to be power cycled to function
right again. Also he wanted ftp access to the server as well as I
believe future plans on hosting his own business website. This would
all be easier if the server was the acting dhcp instead of punching a
bunch of holes through a router.
The client computers don't need to talk with each other, just the
server. So all I need is the server to share the internet over a three
nic setup. Is that possible? If so, how?

I'm not quite sure what exactly you're trying to accomplish. But the
addresses for NIC2 (192.168.0.2) and NIC3 (192.168.0.3) are on the same
subnet with any halfway appropriate netmask I can assume you're using.
I
can't see how the SBS box can properly route PCs hanging off of these
two
NICs. This setup might work if the SBS box was simply a client computer
on
the network, and the routing was done with something else.
Since these computers all seem to be on the same subnet, why don't you
just
plug them all into the same switch?
Can you lay out this network so that we can see what you're trying to
do?
