Joe,

Have you verified that the desired Users have been added to the Group named
"Remote Web Workplace"?

I think Domain Admins are in that group by default; others have to be
added... Hope this helps!

Starting a few days ago, users began receiving 'Service Unavailable' when
attempting to connect to RWW. Restarting the server temporarily solved
the
issue, but it would return after several IIS Worker Process Threads
failing.
I did some research and found an article that suggested running the .NET
Framework 1.1 wizards and resetting all the permissions to default and
then
running iisreset. I performed these steps and now Domain Admins can
logon,
but regular users cannot.

When connecting to the RWW Website, it asks for username and password. If
entering a Domain Admin account, the loading screen comes up and displays
the
menu(s). If using a regular user account, the loading screen appears for
about 20-25 seconds and then returns the user back to the logon screen.
This
appears to have started after an update last week was installed.

I've re-run CEICW already as well.

All out of ideas; any thoughts?
