Re: Outlook profiles not setting up for users

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi Robert,

That seems to have done the trick, although the profile settings were
selected by default (and were during the original setup). Odd, but solved -
thanks much!

Hi Susan,

Thanks for your reply.

Based on my research, please check the following Outlook setting on SBS
server.

1. Open Server Management, Expand to Client Computers.
2. Click Assign Applications Wizard and then click Next.
3. Select the problematic client computer click Add, and then click
next.
4. Select Microsoft Outlook and then click Advanced.
5.Check Outlook Profile Settings and click OK.
6. Click Next two times and click Finish.
7. Log off and log on the computer, try again.

Hope this helps.

If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Best regards,

Robert Li(MSFT)
