Hi Toxic:

The router should be in the same network as the external nic.

That is, if the nic is: 10.57.201.100 / 255.255.255.0
The router should be: 10.57.201.1 / 255.255.255.0

Thanks a mill
Now that I have changed the subnet to 255.255.255.0 I cannot connect to
the
adsl 10.57.201.1, but I can go out to the internet.

The WAN NIC can either be connected to the ADSL direct or the same switch
that you ADSL modem is connected to (not the switch where the LAN NIC and
the computers are connected to).

OK last one should the second nic be connected directly to the adsl or
can
it
be connected to the switch and the adsl to the switch.

This will not work because your internal and external nic are in the
same
subnet.
Given that you are running SBS it is very unlikely that you need to
support
a network that needs over 1000 IP addresses. Change you subnet mask to
255.255.255.0 on both nics and you will be fine.
