Just for testing purposes, can you add the script to the 'Default Domain Policy' GPO? Make sure you copy the script to the appropriate directory. Run 'gpupdate /force' on the workstation. That should work. What O/S does the client run?

|(Logon/Logoff) | Logon" and click on "Show Files". Can you see your script
in the folder that opens up? If not, copy the scrip in that particular
directory.
