I came across this posting;
http://www.intermedia.net/support/kb/default.asp?id=1301 , notice the Note at
the bottom of the page that says Direct Push cannot work over WiFi
connections. While I have confirmed all to be well configured, I assume that
I may be having this issue since I am trying to accomplish Direct Push via a
WiFi connection since I disabled Data Services on my Pocket PC because I ma
always at WiFi enabled locations to save some bucks. I will call my wireless
provider to enable Data Services so I can try this.
Thanx.

SBS 2003 with Exchange 2003 SP2 will do direct push just fine without.
concern for FE or BE Exchange servers. Running the CEICW will configure it
and then use the white paper from there-basically the same for WM6.

Also keep in mind that I have only one Exchange server, no front end and
backend servers, just one single server which I believe cannot be
configured
to be a front end server.

Thank you for your response. I would use whatever is more convenient.
Could
you please direct me on Direct Push?
Thanx.

Is there some reason you want to use OMA as opposed to Direct Push from
the Exchange Server to your Phone Directly into Outlook?

Hello All,
In addition to my original post I forgot to mention that when I check
the
Activesync Error code, it displays Support Code: 0x85010002 and under
Result
it says; Access was denied. Choose Configure Server on the Activesync
menu to
check your server username and password.
Thanx.
