For this and other user/computer customizations, I'd create a custom GPO and
link it at the MyBusiness level. Don't modify an existing policy.

Other things you want might do in there....

* Enable "Always Wait for Network at Startup/Logon
* Disable the computer browser service
* Configure folder redirection for My Documents (I don't use the SBS wizard
thing for this), Desktop, and Application Data to subfolders of the users'
shared folders
* Disable Offline Files
* Force Windows Classic theme
* Force classic Start Menu
