I've been answering questions here for 10 years now...and this one is a first as I recall. Usually the requirement is to have two companies trying to share a single server and or internet connection
If you care to elaborate why separate internet connections and physical segments, perhaps we can offer suggestions
Are they using such large files over the LAN connection that there is concern over both groups sharing 100 mb bandwidth on the LAN? Perhaps with a Gigbit Switch for the LAN and Gigabit card in the server you could over come this

Hi Cris,
It is only 1 company but with 2 physical networks, this is done just to
make sure of both the segments dont share bandwidths. Is there some
other way which i can look into the router to do some settings and
having connected to the server?
Thanks,
Harish
