Citrix & Sonicwall

I have a client with SBS 2003r2 Premium that is having an issue with the VPN
access security that has been setup.
The users access RWW in the regular manner. However, I implemented a Radius
solution with CryptoCard which generates a one-time password for the users.
One of the users complains that he has to follow 17 steps logging in 3 times
to access his desktop. First the crypto authentication and then the SBS
logon and finally his desktop logon. The other uers who access the system
have no problem with the process.
This user has mentioned to his partners that other law firms have access
methods that are "infinitely" more simple and that one of those solutions
should be installed. The two mentioned are Citrix and Sonicwall. I should
note that he has not gone to these firms to try either of these products. So
my questions are these:
I realize that the cost of a Citrix or Sonicwall solution will probably have
the user's partners vote down the change. But do these solutions basically
replace the CryptoCard product leaving in place the two logons required by
SBS?
If this is the case, I may be forced to to a PCAnywhere type solution so
that he can get to his desktop with the least amount of steps. I know this
is not preferred but I can't think of anything that will reduce his number
of steps.
What functionality would I get from either Citrix or Sonicwall that I am not
getting now.
I will probably have to make a presentation, which will certainly not leave
me in this user's good graces. But it will need to be discussed before it is
most likely shot down.
Any comments would be appreciated.
Tom
