Is this a Vaio by any chance?
Does it have fingerprint recognition for the login.
You may need to disable before running connectcomputer.

when connecting to the network with a vista laptop it runs the connection
wizard normal (as with XP) untill it get to the point where it restarts and
then logs on as _sbs_netsetup_
then fails now the laptop has _sbs_netsetup_ as a account you can log on
to except it requires a password i dont know.

I have installed all the patches required to be able to connect vista on the
server before i tryed to connect the laptop.

can anyone help?
