Wow!!!...now... THAT is what I call experience :-)

It must have been amazing to be able to see the progression from those days to where we are now. This kind of communication has provided everyone with tremendous benefits. There isn't anything better to know that you can go "somewhere" and find other people that have the same interests are you do.. Great stuff....

but I did use FIDO and the Commodore networks....

Back in those days Usenet was great, no HTML, very few binary posts, and
we could run our own cancel bots to remove people that didn't belong in
groups.
