Just to add to Cris's advice, once you have imported the mail and contacts into your local outlook, you can then copy them to a public folder in exchange that will create a Company wide contact list, which is one of the great things about Exchange Server.

Using a public folder for a contact list means, for example, that when one of your contacts changes his/her email addy or phone number, you only have to update it in one place.

Hi Cris, thanks for your very quick response. That explains how to get
addresses/mail out (which I already knew) but how do I import them into
Exchange or should I import them into Outlook2003?
